A distinguished faculty will present state-of-the-art information in the prevention, pathophysiology and the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment of the most prevalent pediatric and adolescent conditions.

Featured Lectures for the 2008 General Session

The 11th Annual Donald H. Altman, MD Lectureship, named for the course founder, will be given by Diego Jaramillo, MD, MPH on the topic of "Use of MRI in the Diagnosis of Musculoskeletal Diseases".

The Chairs' Lectures, presented by Christian C. Patrick, MD, PhD and Deise Granado-Villar, MD, MPH, will address "Communing with Nature: An Update on Zoonotic and Vector Borne Diseases" and "Update in the Prevention and Management of Meningoccocal Disease".

Joseph J. Chiaro, MD will give the Child Advocacy Lecture exploring "The Pediatrician and the Special Needs Child: An Affair to Remember".

The State-of-the-Art Lecture will address "Children's Health: An Issue on Everyone's Agenda" as given by Ana Maria Viamonte Ros, MD.

The 8th Annual D. Ralph Millard, MD Lectureship, presented by Serge Morax, MD, will deal with "Reconstruction of Orbital Malformation in Children".

We will continue to bring you the 3-day Pediatric Board Review Course - now in it's 11th year. Come join us Friday through Sunday, March 7- 9, for this comprehensive review for pediatricians who are preparing for the American Board of Pediatrics certification or recertification examination.
